A twenty-week coach development programme for someone ready to build a genuine long-term career, with a clear path to around £70,000 a year by year five.

Who this is for:

You've just qualified, or you've been training clients for a year or two already and can feel there's no real structure behind any of it. This is for someone good with people, driven, and who wants to be a genuinely great coach in ten years' time, not just something to be doing right now. The Ludorum Club is still early in it’s own growth, joining now means genuine scope to grow alongside it.

What this needs from you:

A good attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, along with a Level 3 diploma in personal training or a degree in sports and exercise science or similar.
