Before beginning your training, we start with a conversation which helps us to understand how we can best support you. This is followed by a movement assessment to identify any imbalances and establish baselines. An optional medical check-up and blood profiling then provide insights beyond what’s visible on the gym floor, so we know exactly what to prioritise.

  • A relaxed conversation with our founder to explore your goals, timetable and lifestyle. We agree the best way to work together and outline the first steps of your plan.

  • A guided assessment of posture, mobility and movement quality. We establish strength and control baselines so your programme is tailored with precision.

  • You have the option of a full medical consultation and blood profiling. These insights give a clear picture of internal health and help us fine-tune your training and recovery.

  • We provide you with a WHOOP to support recovery and sleep tracking. It helps us monitor trends and build simple habits that keep you consistently performing at your best.

  • You begin your bespoke programme, typically training 2–3 times per week. Periodic reviews - including optional bloodwork every 4–6 months - ensure steady progress and keep your overall wellbeing on track.
