An optional medical check-up and blood profiling then provide insights beyond what’s visible on the gym floor, so we know exactly what to prioritise.

In partnership with Private GP Dr. Alison Joy, you have the option of a full medical consultation and blood profiling. These insights give a clear picture of internal health and help us fine-tune your training and recovery.

We provide you with a WHOOP to support recovery and sleep tracking. It helps us monitor trends and build simple habits that keep you consistently performing at your best.

You begin your bespoke programme, typically training 2–3 times per week. Periodic reviews — including optional bloodwork with Dr. Joy every 4–6 months — ensure steady progress and keep your overall wellbeing on track.
