Train With Us

How we work

Training at The Ludorum Club is delivered exclusively through one-to-one coaching sessions.

There are no membership fees, clients simply commit to a structured block of sessions.

Coaching is typically arranged in blocks of 10, 25 or 50 sessions.

Packages begin from £1,400, with session rates ranging between £115–£140, depending on commitment.

All sessions are 55 minutes and inclusive of VAT.

Founder & Club Coach

Jake Hitchcock is the founder and Club Coach at The Ludorum Club, with over ten years of coaching experience.

His approach is deliberate and long term. Sessions are carefully prepared and structured so clients can focus fully on training while the details are taken care of.

Jake places a strong emphasis on moving well, building strength gradually and helping clients develop a better understanding of their own bodies. Where appropriate, training may also be informed by health markers and blood analysis.

Clients train for a range of reasons — from simply wanting a comfortable and private place to train, to working more closely on strength, movement and long-term health.

The Ludorum Club was created to provide a calm, private environment where clients can train consistently and without distraction.
